Please reach out to your people. Many talented resources are leaving, or are planning to leave ACN, because of the higher-ups who are not concerned with making others grow. They do not delve and see the potential of their people.

Software Engineer
Pretty simple and straightforward. I applied through my University/College campus. They had logical reasoning and technical MCQs, followed by a coding round. You will have two coding questions. LeetCode level: Medium/Easy. Then followed by HR.
