Pros: Good facility in terms of office interior. Cafeteria was good. Not good in terms of career opportunity.
Cons: Many people are on the bench and involved in dirty politics. They are not providing an equal playing field and are not good at the start of a career. I will advise freshers or those with 1+ years of experience to avoid this company.

Pros: As a company, Accenture has a lot of policies to help employees achieve good work-life balance.
Cons: The project I was working on had no scope for growth.
I could not enhance my skills, and most of the work was done without using any tools or new technologies.
