Good company to work with. Lot of focus on automation. Nice colleagues. Employee-friendly environment.
Nice perks. If you are in a shift, you get travel allowance and shift allowance (best company in terms of perks).
If you are a lateral employee, you are bound to have a higher payscale as compared to homegrown ones.
So they will try to level it up by giving a higher hike to homegrown ones and less to lateral ones. As a lateral employee, I don't feel this is ethical because, in spite of putting in extra efforts, this policy ruins everything.
Long work hours: The offer letter mentions 9 hours of working, but they say it's 10 hours of working once you land up in a project.
Please give salary hikes based on performance.
Easy, only HR and project-related questions. Weakness and strength, challenging situation, how uh overcome it. Interviewer was old and nice. Positive feedback, but stopped hiring. That's pathetic. I was in hope to get a job, but they did this. Very b
Three rounds of interviews were cleared. I did not receive an offer letter even after submitting the documents. There was no reply from HR even after numerous calls. HR just totally ghosted me with no explanation.
3 rounds: 1 MCQ, 2nd technical, and 3rd HR round. Round 1 is based on aptitude questions. Round 2 is based on programming code. Round 3 is HR, which is all about yourself and your skills/projects.
