Good place to work. Good policies. Timely salary. They won't fire you even if you have been idle for some time or on the bench (except for COVID, of course).
To find a good project after some time on the bench.
Sometimes management does not understand genuine employee issues.
Some projects force employees to work more than 11 hours a day.
Better manage, understand employee issues. Work hours should not be more than 10.5 hours a day.
