Accenture offers some best training and certification opportunities. I received a decent pay and hikes for a fresher. For specific projects, travel and shift allowances can be claimed.
It is required to complete mandatory long trainings along with heavy client work. Work-life balance is less. Getting a roll-off from some projects is difficult if you wish to change your project. The amount of mandatory holidays is very less.
