Brilliant work-life balance. Good people to work with. A sure gem for anyone who has decided to settle down. Enough roles and opportunities.
Roles are tied to designations. Not a good choice for high performers. Too many rules to worry about. 3 months notice period. Very, very few onshore opportunities.
Do not go by market trends, especially when deciding salaries and work policies. Understand that you need to pay high to retain 'high performers'. When doing comparisons, do not take into account competitors who are behind you, but look at those ahead in the race.
Easy, only HR and project-related questions. Weakness and strength, challenging situation, how uh overcome it. Interviewer was old and nice. Positive feedback, but stopped hiring. That's pathetic. I was in hope to get a job, but they did this. Very b
Three rounds of interviews were cleared. I did not receive an offer letter even after submitting the documents. There was no reply from HR even after numerous calls. HR just totally ghosted me with no explanation.
3 rounds: 1 MCQ, 2nd technical, and 3rd HR round. Round 1 is based on aptitude questions. Round 2 is based on programming code. Round 3 is HR, which is all about yourself and your skills/projects.
