Many career opportunities. Easy to switch career paths as wanted. Great opportunities. Great work culture. No biased system.
Promotion and rating systems.
Comparison while rating with resources from other domains and other teams is NOT fair (e.g., .NET with Java and testing). But once promoted, compensation is better than other consulting companies.
Doing great, but Bill Green was still better :)
