Good workplace, but it's becoming the next Infosys
- Good brand name.
- HR policies are impressive.
- Salary hikes are impressive for achievers.
- A good company to settle in for a senior position, or that was the impression I got while working there.
- They have been getting rid of the features that made them a good employer.
- Performance reviews are sometimes farcical. Being in the good books of your manager is required more than anything else.
Don't let go of the incentives that made it a flexible company.
