Annual reviews are mostly impartial, and you have an escalation level if not satisfied.

HR policies are pretty strict when it comes to both employees at lower and senior levels.

Flexibility in working hours.
- Not industry standard in pay package.
- High attrition due to the same.
- Not good when it comes to employee shifting of work location. One month you will be in a Mumbai project, the next month an order will come to join a project in Bangalore (or conditions are created to force you to join a project in another city).
- Increase the package and offer more to good talent from outside to stop attrition.
