At Accenture, you are free to explore multiple domains based on your skill set. They let you hone your skills by providing various trainings to the employees.
You have to adhere to the timings and complete at least 10 hours a day. They do not see the quality or the effort you have put in to complete that work.
The working environment could have been better. The work/life balance at Accenture is pathetic, as they want you to work unreasonable hours.
