Accenture gives you a glimpse of the Big Picture. It is a very nice opportunity to work with some of the industry leaders and experts.
Also, it is a highly process-oriented company, which may be a put-off sometimes when you have to perform mundane tasks like ordering stationery, but otherwise, it really makes all the tasks transparent.
Some of the Big Ticket Software projects are with Accenture, and hence the opportunities to grow in multiple domains are aplenty.
Sometimes, the understanding of the Bell Curve and its implementation to appraise people is not aligned. Accenture needs a better and stronger HR to represent the bottom layer of the employment hierarchy, which suffers the strong impact of this.
Do not have any presumptions with regards to any one person, and let's make this a level playing field.
