Accenture's work environment is excellent, with good rewards given to employees every year. However, the whole experience totally depends on the project you are in. If you are on a good project, you will get better chances to learn with some extra benefits too.
Some projects are very pathetic, and you will find your career stuck with no learning and no better opportunity.
Management should focus on resource development rather than saving project costs.
Easy, only HR and project-related questions. Weakness and strength, challenging situation, how uh overcome it. Interviewer was old and nice. Positive feedback, but stopped hiring. That's pathetic. I was in hope to get a job, but they did this. Very b
Three rounds of interviews were cleared. I did not receive an offer letter even after submitting the documents. There was no reply from HR even after numerous calls. HR just totally ghosted me with no explanation.
3 rounds: 1 MCQ, 2nd technical, and 3rd HR round. Round 1 is based on aptitude questions. Round 2 is based on programming code. Round 3 is HR, which is all about yourself and your skills/projects.
