Amazing people. Less layoffs. Get to learn from experienced people. On-site chances are good. Very considerate towards the well-being of female employees, especially pregnant employees.
Contribution is less recognized. A slow rise up the ladder if you don't highlight your work in front of upper management.
Avoid politics and lay emphasis on innovation and employee skill growth.
