Good for freshers, but okay for experienced employees
Good work culture. Good company for freshers. Multiple job locations. Better salaries for lateral entries and best transport facilities for employees.
Not good enough for experienced resources salary-wise, since there's not much of a hike and not many onsite opportunities.
Better salaries should be offered for experienced employees who started as freshers and are still in the company.
