Leads will only assign you tasks, but they don't have time to listen to your problems if you are a UI developer.
UI developers don't get any awards, points, or good hikes. Even if you are doing a great job, you will not get anything.
The increment policy is the worst. If you are not in the "good books" of your manager/team lead, forget the increment. You will get less than 4k. Some employees even get a 2000 increment.
Some team leaders/managers treat employees as slaves.
The work environment is not supportive.
