The company has projects in any domain and technology you can name. I was part of a J2EE, Spring project. It was my first project in Java development, hence I learned many things on Java and the Spring framework.
A lot of work, and the timelines are very stringent. I especially had this experience where the manager and TLs were only interested in screwing over juniors and doing nothing much to relieve pressure from junior (ASE, SE) resources. The manager and TLs are not technically very sound.
