- Very good learning experience.
- Very good colleagues who were always ready to nurture the new joinee and train them.
- Very good HR policies.
- Very transparent normalization based on market growth, your salary is decided.
Very poor onsite opportunity, at least for me. However, I've seen my friend be onsite, so I really can't say this to be a con.
