Leadership is inspiring. HR people are responsive.
Huge repository of latest tech and management consultancy stuff in its online library / learning center.
It depends completely on which project you get into.
Some projects are top-notch, and you get to learn a good lot of stuff, whereas some are mediocre, and others are poor in terms of 'Knowledge Quotient'.
