Good people. Work is OK - not too exciting
The employer is great. There is a competitive salary. If you do really well, you get recognized, despite the large number of people there are.
Very large organization, with little visibility into higher-up functionings. Work, at times, can be quite repetitive and people seem to lack motivation. Bench time may be too long.
Be more open to chats with junior team members.
