The work we learned was great. Lots of opportunities to grow. Learned a lot of hands-on C, UNIX, and Perl. Got to work with some great minds and great ideas. Inspirations and motivations galore!
The long hours we spent on the project were exhausting. Be considerate of the resources. Don't burn a candle at both ends, rather than overestimating the budget and underestimating the time. Keep enough buffer to handle all scenarios.
Let the work speak for the people. Find ways to shift people so that they can grow in the field of their choice, rather than stifling someone in what the company wants them to do. Remember that people's attitudes change over time, and that may translate to a new role for them.
Easy, only HR and project-related questions. Weakness and strength, challenging situation, how uh overcome it. Interviewer was old and nice. Positive feedback, but stopped hiring. That's pathetic. I was in hope to get a job, but they did this. Very b
Three rounds of interviews were cleared. I did not receive an offer letter even after submitting the documents. There was no reply from HR even after numerous calls. HR just totally ghosted me with no explanation.
3 rounds: 1 MCQ, 2nd technical, and 3rd HR round. Round 1 is based on aptitude questions. Round 2 is based on programming code. Round 3 is HR, which is all about yourself and your skills/projects.
