You get to learn a lot, depending on your technology/team. There's good scope to grow.
A lot of overtime work at times. Leaders and mentors need to be a little less harsh when dealing with employees who are new to the technologies they work on.
There needs to be some sort of time management overall for the teams to avoid overtime and unnecessary time changes every week. But then again, this would differ from team to team.

Three rounds of interviews were cleared. I did not receive an offer letter even after submitting the documents. There was no reply from HR even after numerous calls. HR just totally ghosted me with no explanation.
3 rounds: 1 MCQ, 2nd technical, and 3rd HR round. Round 1 is based on aptitude questions. Round 2 is based on programming code. Round 3 is HR, which is all about yourself and your skills/projects.
