A really good company to work for, especially for women. Free shuttle services are available for many employees. The timing is from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, which is a convenient time for women. Good work-life balance and good culture.
As usual, with all companies, office politics are there.
If you are stuck in ITP, then your life will be in trouble.
Try to make the work done by everyone in the team visible.
Give training to all managers to understand the mentality of people who have the tendency to take credit for all coworkers.
