Flexible working timings, but not much to learn unless you are in implementation. Good perks and holidays are given.
Lesser opportunities to learn for freshers. Long working hours. Appraisal cycle is annual, and a lot of cost-cutting goes here. HR is not too powerful.
Give new recruits good responsibilities early on if they have that appetite, like a leadership program. You can find great leaders and avoid attrition due to higher studies, which many IT companies are facing.
Easy, only HR and project-related questions. Weakness and strength, challenging situation, how uh overcome it. Interviewer was old and nice. Positive feedback, but stopped hiring. That's pathetic. I was in hope to get a job, but they did this. Very b
Three rounds of interviews were cleared. I did not receive an offer letter even after submitting the documents. There was no reply from HR even after numerous calls. HR just totally ghosted me with no explanation.
3 rounds: 1 MCQ, 2nd technical, and 3rd HR round. Round 1 is based on aptitude questions. Round 2 is based on programming code. Round 3 is HR, which is all about yourself and your skills/projects.
