It's good to start your career at Accenture. It's a good work environment.
Old technologies, lengthy processes, and cumbersome policies. Going hard on time swiping, boring because of monotonous work. They won't let you switch your domain or technology easily. People here just work for money and brand. They don't like their job.
Trust your employees more. Stop pressuring them with your policies so that they won't regret their decision to join Accenture.
