They have very good perks for a fresher, like pick and drop facility and subsidized food. You don't have to worry about being laid off unless you underperform too low.
I think in Mumbai/India, the career growth for a fresher is very slow. They keep you on a project without any role for almost a year. It is very difficult to contribute and upgrade your skills.
Management should ensure that all resources are utilized and provide quality work. This will benefit the project's progress and the resource's career.
