One of the better IT workplaces in India.
It has a good work culture and environment, which is a huge positive.
Towards the end of my term at Accenture, increased work hours, a relatively bad pay policy, and high attrition led to a lot of stress in the work environment. Also, the new offices in Mumbai are at remote suburban locations, and commuting to and from is a huge pain. The process of getting into a project, especially for an employee with 2+ years of experience, is excruciating.
Maintain the informal work culture and be at least on par with similar tier-1 companies. Senior employees should be interviewed and allowed to choose their project unless business needs are urgent. Politics in this is really frustrating.
Easy, only HR and project-related questions. Weakness and strength, challenging situation, how uh overcome it. Interviewer was old and nice. Positive feedback, but stopped hiring. That's pathetic. I was in hope to get a job, but they did this. Very b
Three rounds of interviews were cleared. I did not receive an offer letter even after submitting the documents. There was no reply from HR even after numerous calls. HR just totally ghosted me with no explanation.
3 rounds: 1 MCQ, 2nd technical, and 3rd HR round. Round 1 is based on aptitude questions. Round 2 is based on programming code. Round 3 is HR, which is all about yourself and your skills/projects.
