They were unclear about what they needed; they didn't know the technical terms they themselves were looking for. They also didn't thoroughly know the client's requirements. The selection processes would take a long time.

Two rounds of interview. The first round is technical, with basic technical questions relevant to the technology they are hiring for. The second round is HR. An offer was released in ten days.

My experience was great overall. The hiring team was polite. I faced problems while connecting, but the technical support team was too helpful to get me the connection to the interview.
