They are also open enough to allow the home office schema. The facilities are great, and they always take care of their employees.

Sometimes managers are too political, more focused on satisfying client wishes than what is real. This drives the projects with lows and highs, and you have to play the heroic role to complete them successfully, but it happens in all other IT companies.

The culture is still old-school in some aspects, as the dress code is very formal, but it's not a big deal.
