Career progression is very slow. Salaries were higher than Indian counterparts, but now they are getting very close to Indian counterparts. Worst bench experience.
Don't just focus on profit margins or resource utilization. Make the workplace enjoyable by letting employees make decisions and listening to employee problems (don't route it to brainless and mindless policies).
