You are kind when you are in a project.
Once thrown out from the project, there's no support from senior management. You have no idea who to contact for the next assignment.
You will be isolated from others and feel alone. Be sure you will resign in two to three months.
During bench time, they simply ask you to go to a different location. For example, if you are in Bangalore, they ask to go to Pune. At the same time, some resources in the bench in Pune will be transferred to Bangalore.
PSR - Type - Relocation - 100% you will get the CBPG rating. It's a known fact.
All doors are closed. The only company main entrance is open for you to exit.
Why force able relocation? Please utilize bench resources instead of new hires.
