Low salaries, difficult for anyone to be promoted there. Lots of unnecessary bureaucracy. Very low engineering maturity.

It was pretty straightforward. The interviewers were so cool and also the tech guys. They were looking for someone to work with Ansible and someone who has experience using databases.
