Company reputation.
Work is project-based, so if this gig ends, good luck finding your next one unless you have a great network of people willing to help, or if you have an expert-level understanding of a marketable skill. This means you have to apply for your next role. The process can be brutal. In my opinion, the system is broken. Company core values like respect for the individual be damned.
