There's never been a company more crippled by timesheets and WBS codes. You wouldn't have to acquire the competition so often if you were actually a good place to work.

Hackerrank followed by behavioral. Hackerrank has 3 technical questions that include problem solving and data manipulation, similar to easy LeetCode. Behavioral questions are the general questions and will ask what field you're most interested in.
Junior Software Developer
LeetCode tech test / standard interview from team lead. Asked a bit about previous experience and how I would go about facing certain technical issues, trying to get a feel for how I solved problems & dealt with challenges.
