Great for starting a career, the company invests in training. The company offers an SAP academy for those who are entering. This was not my case, because I joined the company already with the academy.
Career plan doesn't work. Profit sharing is surreal. It's not based on company profit, nor on your performance. You need to be buddies to get a so-so profit sharing, which means a salary. If you don't have camaraderie, it's half or half of half. Below market salary. To be recognized, you need to brown-nose, and I'm not good at that!
