Opportunities are more. Currently growing. Deputation policies are good. Work culture is good. Provides good hikes for laterals.
HR recruiters are not correct in their words.
In Capability level, it's not well connected or managed in terms of people of the same caps being well aware of each other and down-the-line communication from cap leads for all new opportunities.
Domestic business vertical seems like another company with its own policies overriding those of Accenture.
Optimize the process more. I'm sure all the gaps will be filled.
