For the Delhi location, I would rate it average
Stable growth is there due to a good brand. Facilities are also decent, and there is a constant endeavor to improve facilities.
Delhi location projects are not much, and one has to go through the pain of sitting on the bench. Then you can be pressured to relocate.
Lack of micromanagement, but that was my experience. It can vary.
