1. Even if you perform very well, don't assume you will get a good hike. It feels really bad when rewards are just normal when you are best in the project.

2. This company is almost becoming like other Indian IT giants, copying all the bad policies of other Indian companies.

3. It is really difficult to move from one project to another. You will become a scapegoat when performance is accessed.

4. No support from management to learn new technologies.

5. Work from home is not allowed in most of the projects.

Don't insult the talent in your company by giving average hikes to the high performers. Recognize and reward good talent so that you can retain them.
