Good policies, but HR will mould them if they want to change.
If you get rolled off from a project, then on the bench, you will get a call from all the offices in Bangalore. It's uncertain which office you will get.
H1B candidates should be staffed to onshore projects rather than offshore projects. Please do not kill someone's dream.
