I haven't seen any pros to the company. I only heard senior management, people on and above Senior Project Manager, are good here.
Remaining all are worst here I have ever seen in my life. The main problem is here to work with such an environment. The office looks good and there are no problems with that.
While you enter your workstation, it will be a big war between you and your lead/manager. They do not know anything, but they behave as if they know everything. Whoever has been staying here for a long term, they think they are the boss of the company and will behave with you as if we are street dogs.
I joined here as a Team Lead, but whoever stayed here for more than 2 years with less experience and below team lead also behave as if we are street dogs. And for all these issues, if you go to your project manager, they will take their side. They never take your side as you are a new joinee there.
For the first two years, you will feel like you are in hell. I swear, I will never join Accenture in the future. Not again this mistake.
When you will serve your notice period, that time you will feel like it is bigger than hell if something is there.
Please train different team leads, APMs, and PMs on how to handle the team. Instead of threats, fear, or scolding, if they always help each other, it will be best for your Accenture future.
1st round easy, waiting for second round. It's good actually.... confident. Interview around 3 pm.... well prepared, happy about the process.... keep on answering this.... interviewer happy..... Online assessment or live coding round. Tests core f
Only one round with basic React, HTML, CSS questions. I applied for a React Developer position with 3 years of experience. However, the HR and recruiting process is very slow, and nobody responded immediately to my query. My job location was change
OA was easy. Three coding questions: one of HTML, CSS, JS; one SQL; and one coding. The technical round was on the tough side with questions from core CS, security, networking, pseudocode, and other things. The cognitive round was easy.
