Meritocracy is the base of appraisals. HRs play a crucial role when there is a conflict with management. The pay and subsequent increments are good for those joining as freshers.
The company was very good with MNC culture, and the hikes were also good.
However, of late, with a lot of Indian company officials joining the management team, it is slowly inching towards the working culture of Indian companies.
Maintain the Accenture Core Values and Culture rather than mimicking the Indian Companies.
