Too many policies. Some politics as well. Less pay.
Lengthy interview process, which you never know when you will get a call. Sometimes it takes 6 months. Recruiters are really lazy; you need to remind them all the time.
Too many policies; to get a pen or pencil, one needs to raise a request, get approval, blah blah.
Please provide computer and administrative access to the new employee. It's been a month. I am working on someone else's desktop and listening to all budget-related issues. Everything should be planned when recruiting a new employee.
