This is only a good experience for newly graduated employees. There are trainings and a bench for you to learn multiple technologies.
Salary not competitive in the market of the same industry. Project management is different for every project. Favoritism in projects is not controlled, even though they have already changed some of the performance processes. Some projects will force you to resign if they don't like you, instead of making you go back to the bench to get another project. 9 hours working time (11 hours in the office).
