From the day you are hired, the company provides you with everything you need to perform your job and do very well.
The interview process was smooth. My technical interview was accommodated to be done on a Saturday, since I didn't have availability during the weekdays. The interview with management was done almost at the end of the day on Friday, so I appreciated the flexibility, since I was in the middle of an important deliverable at my previous company.
The day you join the company, you are already given a computer with your account set up.
Diversity is something you can feel during the integration session. People from different ethnicities and ages. In my room, there were people just graduated and also people above 60.
The company has core values that are exercised all the way from the top of the organization.
Benefits are great.
Nothing comes for free. The company is great because of its people, and it is expected that people are good at what they said they were during the interview. Also, initiative is a must for Accenture people. You need to be very independent.
I believe the way Accenture runs the business and treats its employees should be a model for big corporations.
It surprises me that a company with that many employees can be so efficient, year after year.

It was four rounds of interview. First was just to talk to a representative, and the second was to do a live coding question. Then I had to discuss the effectiveness of a code with interviewers in the 3rd round, and the last round was just talking wi
20-minute brief call with recruiter to run over the program. Final round interviews were two, 45-minute interviews, one being behavioral. Got the call for the offer fast after only a few days.
