Even though my performance review was excellent across the board, there was a hiring freeze for non-Dutch speakers.
Rather than giving people false hope about job prospects, it would be more transparent to clearly communicate that non-Dutch speakers are not being considered for hire.

I talked with the technology manager and the cloud manager. First, they gave some brief about their roles and teams, and then explained to me which tools they used for their departments.
3 rounds of individual interviews. After the 3 interviews, an offer which I did not accept because the atmosphere within the company did not appeal to me and the workload seemed very high.
