Great Global Company, Hiring Bias
It was great to work in a diverse and global company.
Even though my performance review was excellent across the board, there was a hiring freeze for non-Dutch speakers.
Rather than giving people false hope about job prospects, it would be more transparent to clearly communicate that non-Dutch speakers are not being considered for hire.
