Great for fresh graduates to gather work experience!
One of the reasons I liked working at Accenture was the benefits. My top priority is work-life balance, but that would depend on which project you will be assigned to. Overall, people are good to work with.
I was on a project-based allocation. You will be benched if there are no projects to migrate to. Sometimes, managers or higher-ups can hold pay raises or promotions, which I think is a common occurrence in a work setting, but when you get to experience it, it's awful.
Be transparent with employees, especially with the budget and compensation. Performance reviews and negotiations for salary raises or promotions should not be dismissed or laughed at.
