The learning curve is good; you get good exposure to learn new things. Give detailed training to employees. Projects are better managed with a good level of hierarchy. Onsite opportunities are available.
Pay less compared to other companies; their view is that we provide better benefits. The variable component is more. Promotions are not that easy to get.
Improve the salary structure. Change the pyramid structure of evaluating and positioning people.
