This company really upholds diversity and is inclusive for people with disabilities. It's commendable for allowing them to work equally.
Too much women empowerment, to the point they will easily promote them due to extracurricular activities over guys with high tech expertise and are very good in managing a team. No overtime pay.
Perhaps promote someone who is not a bootlicker or not because they have a lot of extracurricular activities.
