Not a great yearly bonus, which I was used to.
Yearly bonus is always a great motivation.

Solution Architect
There was only one video call interview. They asked basic questions about my education and knowledge. I wasn't told much about the job, even though I asked. Apparently, the person in charge of the interview didn't have much knowledge about the task

I had an interview with HR and one with the technical manager. Both interviews were very pleasant, honestly (even though the second one didn't go well). What I didn't like was not receiving any feedback, nor a response to my request for it.
