He was at an event for the Federico II University and they asked him some questions. They invited him to send a resume and have an interview, once his profile is approved by them.
I was initially contacted for an introductory interview. My profile was in line with what they were looking for, so we proceeded with the technical interview. Few but targeted questions. Subsequently, I was made an offer, which I, however, declined.
The interview process was professional and went through the established model of three steps: 1. Call 2. HR Interview 3. Technical Interview. I managed to get to the technical interview, but my selection process ended there.
