You can work fully remotely while having the feeling that you belong to a team. It gives good support.
It has good projects. I had the opportunity to improve my web development and DevOps skills.
The development environment could be better. They could have an IntelliJ enterprise IDE, for example, and work inside a fast VM.

First, we had an interview to know the company. If they find your CV interesting, you will have a technical interview. The technical interview was pretty chill, and the interview was done by a young guy who was helpful.
